Synthetic Personas

Roleplay guest personas are 100% synthetic AI simulations designed for safe skill mastery.

Explainable Scoring

Grading criteria (Empathy, Value, Scarcity, Objection, Compliance) are clearly explained.

Human In The Loop

AI recommendations empower staff; managers retain final authority on employment and rewards.

1. Clear Disclosure of AI Interaction (EU AI Act Art. 50)

FrontDeskIQ explicitly informs all hotel staff that when utilizing the Training Simulator, AI Deal Doctor, or AI Coach Shift Huddles, they are interacting with synthetic artificial intelligence systems.

Guest personas (such as Alex the Business Traveler or Marcus the Frustrated Flight Guest) are fictional scenario models generated via generative AI for the purpose of hospitality sales training and objection-handling rehearsal.

2. Explainability in Automated Mastery Scoring

When an agent completes a roleplay pitch, FrontDeskIQ calculates an objective 5-axis score (0–100) and constructive feedback summary:

1. Empathy & Rapport:Measures active listening, courteous greetings, and addressing guest fatigue or situation.
2. Value Pitch Clarity:Evaluates how clearly the upgrade benefits (lounge, Wi-Fi, spa, space) are articulated.
3. Objection Handling:Assesses the agent's ability to resolve price hesitation or timing resistance calmly.
4. Scarcity Framing:Checks for professional urgency framing (e.g. highlighting limited high-floor suites).
5. Compliance & Accuracy:Verifies adherence to hotel brand policies, accurate pricing, and polite language.

3. Safety, Fairness & Multi-Lingual Inclusivity

FrontDeskIQ supports 7 global languages (English, Spanish, French, Mandarin, Arabic, Cantonese, and Thai). Our AI prompts are strictly sandboxed with guardrails prohibiting discriminatory language, bias, or offensive outputs.
